The size and capabilities of the milling turning and grinding equipment at NAMC division is suitable for the production of large plates and mold cavities.  NAMC also produces tooling for smaller applications. We also have experience in building molds that require rubber to metal bonding. Multi-layer products are also possible. Many tool designs require the use of cavity inserts or removable cores and mandrels. NAMC is also well versed in milling and turning of through hardened materials. 

The DESMA NAMC designers can incorporate various DESMA Technologies into a mold package such as hot runner systems, cold runner systems, internal cavity pressure sensors and valve gate control all providing a large repeatable process window for customers. Basic hot runner systems including runner geometry and gate design are optimized in Hebron for process repeatability. Engineers in our demonstration laboratory can develop recipes with our mold packages that transfer directly to your production machinery saving you time and money.
