A week engaged in partnership, global cooperation, and the power of a solid team! Scott Early, President of DESMA USA, recently traveled to our DESMA factory in Ahmedabad, India DESMA Machinery Pvt. Ltd. This trip was a reminder of the power of collaboration within our organization.
Now that our global team has transitioned to SAP, our locations in Germany, India, Slovakia, and the USA all operate on a common engineering and ERP system. Such a synergy optimizes and elevates our DESMA mold production. Another great opportunity that arose was the chance to test the DESMA Reference 300 press. This new DESMA line of equipment represents global sourcing of machine components to shrink lead times and maximize value.
The hospitality extended by Arabinda Patnaik, PK Shah, Maulik Upadhyay, Raj Shah, Sundeep Gupta, Mahesh Patel and by all the colleagues in Ahmedabad, is deeply appreciated and a reminder of how our strength truly lies in our employees.
