ENHANCED PRODUCTIVITY: The DESMA 968.500 ZOZO TWIN (S3) optimally combines productivity with flexibility: the integrated mold plate shifting device enables article de-molding or insertion in the outdoor station utilizing two mold bottom plates or center mold plates. At the same time, the next injection cycle is already being completed inside the machine. The heating plates are designed with six control zones to achieve the best possible uniform temperature.
CUSTOMIZABLE FLEXIBILITY: The 968.500 ZOZO TWIN is offered with various heating plate dimensions of up to 1,600 x 1,100 mm in a comprehensive arrangement to best fit customer production. The new mold plate shuttle device is available as an option that can be used during production or removed from the machine entirely to be used at a later time, depending on product needs. Mold installation can be completed from the rear of the machine using mold change brackets or a forklift truck. Alternatively, mold installation can be carried out plate by plate using the mold plate shuttling device.
