Innovative ways to increase energy efficiency: The DESMA EnergyControl+ system provides a solution for energy-optimized rubber injection machine startup. This system employs a 5-phase timer and a unique algorithm to synchronize the startup of the various energy “consumers” in the rubber injection machine. The system automatically sequences the startup of each consumer such that the slowest starts first (e.g., the injection cylinder) and the fastest starts last. The use of DESMA EnergyControl+ ensures that the complete machine reaches operating temperature before the scheduled start of production while minimizing waste and energy consumption peaks.
