Did you know that ice hockey pucks are produced on DESMA injection molding machines?
DESMA’s cold runner technology and mold technology can produce the popular sports equipment without sprues and burrs. A “sandwich” production with a 2-level cold runner is also possible for optimum output. Pucks use an elastomer compound with a high Shore A hardness and good weather resistance to withstand impacts and use on the ice.
