DESMA USA APPOINTS NEW POSITION: HEAD OF CUSTOMER CARE

DESMA has always acknowledged the critical role customer care plays in the life of a DESMA machine; from delivery to preventative maintenance to rebuilds and upgrades, the service component of our business is vital to customer satisfaction. This new role will direct all Customer Care Center activities; Service, Spare Parts, and Rebuilds. 

Ty Maddix joins DESMA with over 20 years of customer service experience. This new position allows the tenured Customer Care Center to better focus on daily activities and more effectively engage in customer communication while improving internal systems to guide the future and long-term satisfaction of DESMA customers.  Ty joined us late in Q3 2021 and will be visiting customers with our service engineers in the near future.
