We are grateful to welcome the newest generation of engineers into the rubber and silicone industry. Working with local universities, DESMA USA provides co-op experience with hands-on projects and customer engagement. Our recent co-op graduate, Abe Mastellone, had the opportunity to work on a variety on projects involving injection molding run-offs, mold design, hydraulic systems, and direct customer interaction. He gained valuable experience solving real world engineering problems, communicating with customers, and learning how projects move from an idea to implementation.
