This week, employees from our Engineering Department attended the University of Cincinnati Co-Op fair. UC and Co-Op Alumni Johnathan Woods and our returning co-op, John, were on hand to answer questions and explain our process.
This co-op spot at DESMA USA gives the next generation opportunities to explore elastomer processing and the hands on experience of working with machinery, tooling and automation.
