DESMA is creating large-format machines with maximum benefits. The 968.1350 ZO BENCHMARK boasts a clamping force of 13,500 kN (~1520 US tons) with a maximum injection volume of 22,900 cm3(~60 lbs of rubber)!
LOW WORKING HEIGHT: The uniquely designed 1350 BENCHMARK can accommodate extremely tall molds by having a daylight of over 2650 mm (8’ 8”) and a closing stroke of over 1780 mm (5’ 10”), all the while maintaining a very reasonable lower platen working height of 1160 mm (45.6”) without the need for a pit in the factory floor!
MULTIPLE MOLD SIZES: Special options are included in the machine design to efficiently manage multi-level rubber injection molds on platens with dimensions of approximately 1500 x 1500 mm (59” x 59”).
