DESMA USA recently had the opportunity to attend the UC Co-Op career fair last month. Members of our Engineering team were on-site to greet prospects and showcase DESMA’s hands-on opportunities for growth in engineering and the rubber and silicone industries. What better way to learn about a career than being on the manufacturing floor working directly with equipment and tooling!
