Training is an integral part of our onboarding process. Our new employees and recent hires are spending the week in Hebron, KY utilizing classroom instruction and our demonstration area. Ricardo Valdivia, Demo Area Coordinator & Training Assistant, is going over equipment and our molding process with hands-on application in addition to getting book smart!
