In the course of the realignment, Mr. Martin Schürmann leaves the management of DESMA by mutual agreement and with immediate effect. His previous tasks in the management will initially be performed by his colleague, Dr. Michael Zaun.
Mr. Schürmann played a key role in shaping and shaping the growth path. Most recently, he had done a lot to advance digitization in industry.
Before Martin Schürmann joined DESMA in Fridingen 16 years ago, he was Managing Director of the South African company KHS AG in Johannesburg, which also belongs to the Group.
